Signing Up for Our Services We have done our best to make the process of signing up for our dial-up Internet and Web Hosting services as quick and easy as possible. Our authorized retailers PayPal and 2CO accept payment by either Credit/Debit card or you can pay us by Check or Money Order. We prefer to use Pay Pal to process our customer's Credit cards over the Internet and handle monthly subscription payments for us. If you have never payed for anything online through Pay Pal before, it is usually a fairly simple and painless process. You will be asked to provide your name, billing address, Credit/Debit card details, and a user name and password, and then your order will be processed on Pay Pal's secure, encrypted server. The transactions appear on your Credit card statement as a payment to Pay Pal, and not us therefore. Pay Pal is a very security-conscious company that makes every effort to prevent Credit card fraud, and this sometimes means that they will temporarily block a transaction if their system is unable to verify that the billing address that you give is correct. In such cases you will be asked to allow them to make a small charge to your card. (currently $1.95 - they will refund this once your Credit card is verified.) You will then be asked to contact your Credit card company or Bank and ask them for the 4-digit verification number that Pay Pal has had printed alongside the transaction on your Statement. This will usually cause a delay in you being able to make your purchase, so as an alternative, for those that meet this problem and do not wish to go through Pay Pal's card verification procedure, we have provided an alternative Credit card processing icon next to the Pay Pal one. The company that will process the transaction on the alternative icon is called 2Checkout.Com, and it is their name that will appear on your Credit or Debit card Statement rather than ours. One nice thing about paying through Pay Pal at the moment is that you can receive $5 from them just for opening a new free account! A Pay Pal account may prove very useful to you in the future as it will enable you to purchase things easily through auction sites such as Ebay, and 1000's of other Web sites, and in fact will enable you to send payments through the Internet to anyone that has an email address! To place your order, firstly you need to choose which of the following plans you wish to subscribe to. If you are paying by Credit or Debit card, you should click on the Pay Pal logo beside it, after which you will be taken to a secure Pay Pal payment form. After you have made the Pay Pal payment you will be given another form to complete in order for us to setup your new account. Once your Credit/Debit card payment has been made and you have submitted the 2nd form to us, your dial-up Internet account will be available for use immediately. Web hosting accounts take a little longer for us to set up as in some cases we need to register a domain name for you and have it linked to your Web hosting account. If you are paying by Check or Money Order you should mail your Check or Money Order to the address at the bottom of this page and then click here to complete your application. Your account will not become activated until we receive your payment. Please read our Terms of Service before applying as by submitting your application you are agreeing to these terms.
